Join us for an intergalactic “tea” party featuring our favorite space ranger, his arch nemesis, and the little green aliens caught in the middle. We’ll have cookies, make our own pizza planets, and play games.
Summer Concert – Thursday, June 20, 7:00 p.m.
We’re kicking off our annual free summer concert series with a performance from Jen and the Foggy Creek Band. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to the town park gazebo for a fun evening of Bluegrass and folk music. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll move the concert indoors.
After Dark Book Club – Saturday, June 22, 7:00 p.m.

Peering into the Universe – Tuesday, June 25, 6:00 p.m.
We’re celebrating a Universe of Stories with astronomer Jon Thomas. He will be here to share his list of favorite things he has seen—aurorae, comets, eclipses, double stars, planets and more. All are things that can be seen with the naked eye or a pair of binoculars.
Painting Class – Wednesday, June 26, 2:00 p.m.
Taira will be leading a space-themed painting class for 1st graders and older. The class costs $5 and payment is due with registration by Friday, June 21.
Human Writes Writing Group – Wednesday, June 26, 6:00 p.m.
If you’re a writer—new, experienced or wannabe—this is the group for you. It doesn’t matter what or how you write, just that you like to put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard. This month we will talk about characters and settings. Please bring a device or pen and paper.
